Title says sweet lolita panda..but probably more like OTT (over the top) sweet. XD OTT sweet is my favorite lolita style. :) This could probably even work for fairy kei as well. I have really been wanting to do lolita stuff lately. I need more accessories for my coords! :P

Maybe it will become necklace/rings later...maybe even hair accessories!
